Joan M. Considine

Joan Considine is a Columbia University certified, professional coach specializing
in leadership development. She has 30+ years of front-line business experience
delivering consistent, repeatable, scalable business results in global financial
institutions. Joan spent more than three decades at major international banks
customizing commercial banking services for mid-corporate companies. Her
commercial banking roles progressed from front line sales and client management to
team leader then region head. She led business development, credit underwriting, and
acquisition integration roles weaving in mentoring, teaching, and coaching along the
way.
Coaching, like leadership, involves curiosity, deep listening, humility, and supportive
challenge. Joan coaches with compassion, providing clients with time and space for
reflection to build their security and confidence. Joan works alongside her clients to
leverage their existing strengths as a gateway to continual growth and development.
