Peter G. Logothetis is known for his ability and passion in developing leaders through coaching
and mentoring, for coaching teams on how to resolve conflict and maximize results through
teamwork, and for advising leaders on how to address strategic and global talent management

For over 35 years Peter worked in different industries and for several global Fortune 100 companies reaching the level of Senior Vice President at Allstate Insurance before retiring in 2018. In his most recent position, he ran a department of 1,000+ Information Technology professionals located across several countries. During his career he was very involved in mergers and acquisitions and drove major culture change.
His focus on the growth and development of others over the years has extended well beyond his corporate roles. He has served as an adjunct faculty member at DePaul University for over 20 years and for the past 7 years he is an adjunct faculty member at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where he has been teaching classes in strategic talent management.
Peter has coached and mentored hundreds of leaders during his tenure in the corporate world as well as current and ex-students. The leaders he has coached are typically those who seek to take their career to the next level, those that challenge themselves to be outstanding in what they do, and those who seek clarity on their career goals or on how to best influence others.
For Peter, it was a natural move into formal coaching and mentoring when he retired. In 2019 he pursued an executive coaching certification program from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) and received his CPC (Certified Professional Coach) degree the same year.
Peter also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and an MBA degree from DePaul University. He is married with 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. He has traveled to over 30 states in the U.S. and to many countries and always takes time to learn first-hand about the people and culture at each location.
