Belinda is a registered Psychologist with a practice endorsement in Organisational Psychology. Belinda has extensive experience in Human Resources with over 20 years in the financial services, not for profit and University sectors. She has also worked as a senior consultant psychologist on graduate recruitment and leadership development programmes.
Her roles have been predominantly focused on leadership development, at both an individual and a programme level. Including, stakeholder engagement, identification of talent, development of capability, coaching managers and the incorporation of diagnostic tools into the leadership development process. Belinda’s purpose is to assist individual leaders to understand their own potential, develop awareness of their leadership style and their impact on others.
Belinda has specialised skills in leadership coaching and is currently completing a Master of Science in Coaching Psychology at Sydney University. Her coaching is solution focused, using a strengths-based approach, focusing on mindset and behaviour change. Helping people to understand, reflect, reframe their thinking and achieve their goals.
