Kirsty has more than 20 years experience in leadership, facilitation and coaching in small, medium, and large organisations. Kirsty leads with compassion and authenticty in an infectious manner which inspires and enables others to achieve their best.
From banking and finance to holding key roles in human resources, Kirsty has a broad spectrum of experience within professional services, fast-moving consumer goods, and government. These experiences enable her to bring a variety of perspectives to your coaching in a practical and relatable manner.
With an understanding of the world as complex interconnected systems, Kirsty views an individual’s adaptability and resilience as analogous to the organisations they create, and that improving leadership abilities in a professional role also brings benefits to all areas of the individual’s life.
Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Arts, Master of Applied Science (Psychology of Coaching) from Sydney University, and has completed the Associate Coaching Course through Cape Town University.
