Michelle Ridsale is the Founding Director of Shifting Mindsets and Envato’s Chief People Officer. In her CPO role, she is responsible for overseeing their workplace culture, growth, recruitment and all “people matters” at one of Australia’s best places to work (GPTW 2019). Prior to joining Envato, Michelle was the People, Culture & Operations Director at Readify, a role focused on people, business performance and managing change throughout a rapidly growing business.
A passionate coach and leadership consultant, Michelle is also dedicated to creating inspiring futures for people with Autism.
Michelle has extensive experience working with C Suite Executives, Senior Management and Senior Leadership teams, with a particular focus on leadership development and creating high-performing teams. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her various executive and senior management roles across multiple industries.
