Terri Martin, Director Corporate Services at Youth Off The Streets

Terri is a passionate leader who has taken her successful commercial experience leading agencies, to drive change and impact in the NFP sector.

As Director Corporate Services for Youth Off The Streets, Terri is responsible for running the commercial operations of this highly regarded NFP. Managing a team of 40 across Finance, Fundraising, Marketing, Operations, IT, Fleet and Retail, Terri is responsible for all operational functions that allow the charity to provide much needed support services to Young People.

Prior to this, as General Manager of Dymocks Children’s Charities, Terri was solely responsible for running this education based NFP. Driving initiatives such as ambassador programs, delivery partnerships, Corporate CSR programs and new fundraising initiatives resulted in the organisation’s most successful year to date.

As General Manager of Presentation Studio, Terri honed her skills of managing change whilst nurturing the culture of this Communications Agency. Working on clients such as Telstra, Commonwealth Bank, Visa, Qantas, SBS and Westfield gave her incredible experience across a broad variety of organisations.

Outside of work Terri loves travelling, modern art and running (don’t hold her to that though) and prefers to do all those things with her two beautiful children – her most incredible achievements yet.

Terri is incredibly proud of being a Marketing Academy 2016 Alumni and the opportunities, knowledge and insights this continues to provide her.
