The Marketing Academy EMEA Fellowship Program is developed in partnership with McKinsey & Company and sponsored by Salesforce. It is a highly exclusive, free and part-time program, giving a select group of exceptional CMOs & marketing leaders a unique board level executive development opportunity. Designed to provide CMOs with access to board-level thinking and development in all elements of Board stewardship, this program ensures that marketing leaders accelerate their knowledge and experience to take on a future CEO or board role.
The highly coveted places for the Fellowship Program will be awarded to a maximum of 25 CMOs and high achieving marketing leaders. During the program, they benefit from a comprehensive knowledge curriculum covering the full CEO, leadership and board stewardship spectrum delivered by McKinsey subject matter experts. Thomas Barta, Leadership Expect and Global Dean of the Fellowship Program leads immersive CMO to CEO leadership journey sessions. The program also provides one on one Executives Coaching from our great partner, Wisdom 8, CEO Media Training by Freuds, mentoring sessions with high profile Board Directors and peer-to-peer learning with an exclusive peer group.
