As a pioneering leader within her field, Katherine is the group CEO and of the Association for Coaching, a leading professional coaching body, and Founder/Executive Director of Wisdom 8, a board-level coaching firm. As someone who ‘pushes the boundaries’ and who role-models ‘collaboration-based’ leadership, Katherine specialises in global leadership coaching, developing CEOs, C-Suite executives and their Teams from across 30 different nationalities within some of the world’s leading and emerging brands. She is the recipient of the awards for Influencing and Impacting the Coaching Profession and was made Coach/Mentor of the Year by Coaching at Work. She is also an author, speaker and lecturer, with recent contributions in Leadership Coaching, Excellence in Coaching and Diversity in Coaching (Kogan Page), and is on the editorial board for Coaching, an International Journal of Theory, Research, and Practice (Routledge).
