Kip gained extensive business experience during his career, having worked in over 60 countries around the world. He started his career at P&G in brand management. He served as CMO at Taco Bell and VP of marketing at eBay.
He has held a number of senior executive roles, including general manager positions at PepsiCo and eBay. He was president of H&R Block U.S. as well as president of H&R Block International.
Kip is the co-founder of the U.S. Marketing Communication College, where he teaches communication strategy to diplomats at the U.S. State Department.
He earned his B.S. degree from LSU in marketing and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
