Kelly is based in Atlanta, GA, currently serving as Manager, East Coast Regional Marketing at Delta Air Lines. In this role, Kelly leads the integrated marketing strategy across a portfolio of markets on the East Coast, focusing on driving business value and linking marketing performance to commercial performance. Kelly has spent 6 years at Delta, serving in a variety of capacities.
Most recently, Kelly served as Joint Venture (JV) Marketing Manager for Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic Airways where she developed consumer-facing partnership marketing strategies, collaborating with counterparts in the US and UK. Prior to that Kelly led efforts to improve Delta’s NPS throughout Latin America and the Caribbean as Latin Customer Experience Manager. Kelly joined Delta’s Marketing organization in 2015 as an Account Executive developing unique advertising solutions for partners interested in reaching customers throughout the travel ribbon.
Before joining Delta, she spent 7 years in New York City, working in Advertising Sales for NBC Universal’s Cable Entertainment Group, Ad Sales Marketing for Pivot TV and in various production-based roles as an NBC Page. She hails from Palm Harbor, FL and is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, FL where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, majoring in Journalism and International Affairs.
