Anna Bohler, Personalised Marketing Lead, IAG

Anna is a creative and commercially minded leader with proven ability to turn ambiguity into strategy in fast-paced matrixed environments. Her greatest skill is her ability to envision high impact futures delivered through culture focused leadership, which is proven to motivate teams and focused on delighting customers and adding business value.

Before joining IAG as Personalised Marketing Lead in 2019, Anna took on the challenge of building the Content, Social and Customer Marketing function within the fast-growth fintech start-up Prospa. Spending over two years as part of the senior leadership team, Anna showcased her ability to stretch ‘sky to ground’ and adapt to a fast pace of change as the company doubled in size and went through a successful IPO during that period.

Prior to Prospa, Anna spent five years at Telstra taking on several promotions into leadership and covering small business and enterprise categories within both marketing and product marketing roles. Most notably Anna led the first iterations of the Thanks A Million and Check In campaigns for small business – including over 2.5 million multi-channel contacts with over 11,800 data driven variations and 50,000 customer give-aways. This program contributed to Telstra’s biggest monthly NPS jump of +8 points, winning an AC&E Data Strategy category award in 2014.

During her time at Telstra, Anna also spent 18 months leading the ADMA 30Below as Chair. During Anna’s tenure, the program grew from inception to over 900 members.

Anna’s work and contribution to the Australian marketing community was recognised by her inclusion as a Finalist in ADMA’s Young Marketer of the Year in 2013.

Prior to 2012, Anna held a range of marketing roles across local and international brands in financial services, entertainment and technology.
