Gina Henderson, Vice President, Qualitative Insights Division – Kantar

Gina Henderson is a Vice President of Kantar Qualitative who partners with clients to shape powerful brand, communications, retail, and experience strategies. She leads client relationships for key accounts, including Kantar’s top global client, and leverages her expertise across a variety of industries, including CPG, Financial Services, and Health and Beauty.

Gina has more than 15 years of qualitative and quantitative market research experience. Currently, Gina serves on the Kantar North America Qualitative Leadership Team with focus on delivering a high degree of excellence via evocative creativity, the latest advances in tech (including AI), and experiential, action-oriented client deliverables such as immersion workshops. She also partners with senior leaders to develop and execute a client-centric strategy to embed deeper expertise across the business organization within accounts and exemplify strong cross-portfolio client leadership.

Prior to her current role, Gina led a sizeable team of research professionals and focused on building strong client relationships with key global clients such as Unilever and Newell. She brought consumers’ experiences to life for clients by connecting human insights to marketing strategy and leveraged the tenets of behavioral economics to inform the development of new products and services. Among her professional accomplishments, Gina has been recognized as an Accredited Unilever Research Lead, certifying her as being among the top 10% of qualitative researchers in the industry. Additionally, she is a dynamic conference speaker.

Gina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University and has continued her learning by completing courses and certifications in Innovation, Behavioral Economics, Motivational Research, and Creative Problem Solving.

In her free time, Gina enjoys traveling, hosting game night among friends, trying new recipes, mentoring students one-on-one, and volunteering in her local school system.
