Felicity is the Program Lead for the Fellowship in the UK and EA to the Founder and has worked for The Marketing Academy since it started from contacting the initial mentors/partners to arranging the launch event, finance and setting up the back office.
Felicity now looks after The Fellowship Programs across EMEA and the US and co-ordinates the application process, the residentials with McKinsey, masterclasses, liaising with partners, mentoring and logistics for the program and is EA to Sherilyn dealing with international travel, diary management amongst other things.
She previously volunteered for Plant for Peace, an initiative designed specifically to assist rural communities and smallholder farmers in conflict and post conflict territories around the world, looking after their Administration tasks.
She loves spending time with her family and friends especially her little boy and all things from her homeland of Scotland (even their rugby team). A passion for horses sees her trudging round many a field watching Eventing. She rode across Scotland from the North East to Skye which was an amazing experience.
